Congratulations to our undergraduate students, Ibrahim Ramadan and Jacob Herbert, for presenting their research progress at the 2024 UBRP poster fair!
In collaboration with lab members, the students presented research progress posters at the 2024 Undergraduate Biology Research Program conference this weekend. Ibrahim Ramadan's poster was entitled "CDHR3 Risk Allele Decreases Occludin Expression During CRS Exacerbations, Weakening Tight Junction Epithelial Barrier Function," and Jacob Herbert's poster was entitled "Rhinovirus-Induced Mucin Gene Regulation in Chronic Rhinosinusitis."
